What will you be doing?  The KBB ICO Specialist will work closely with the Used Car Manager and BDC in purchasing used vehicles from existing customer database as well as from outside sources.

• Generate purchases of used vehicles directly from customers in our service department as well as from KBB ICO leads and Facebook Marketplace
• Work all opportunities from Kelley Blue Book (KBB) Instant Cash Offer (ICO), AutoAlert, V-auto, and Tekion service scheduler
• Document all data and communications in our CRM and KBB
• Identify 30 vehicles per day from our scheduled service clients (we average 110+ per day) to build compelling KBB ICO offers
• Provide written offers to prospective sellers
• Maintain contact with the customer
• Execute offers in KBB ICO and follow the process outlined by management
• Purchase a minimum of 10 units per month

Total Target Compensation = $50k-$75k annually. This includes $3000 per month salary plus commission per vehicle acquired monthly
